Create Your Own Sushi Roll Contest

1. No purchase requires to enter the contest. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Participants must be Nagoya Sushi Rewards members.
3. Create you own sushi roll by login in to our rewards system.
4. Three finalists will ber picked by our staff.
5. Out of the 3 finalists, the person with the most votes wil win the Apple Watch.
6. All 3 finalists will receive a $100 Nagoya Sushi gift card and the roll that they created for free.
7. Roll creation must be completed before December 9, 2015.
8. Voting for the finalists will start at December 12, 2015 and end at December 25, 2015.
9. All winners will be contacted via email.
10. If a winner can not be contact within 7 days, the winner will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen.
11. Nagoya Sushi employees and his/her direct relatives are not allowed to enter the contest.
